Questions
No. A plan is a document; this is a system that watches what you actually do and changes accordingly. Training, nutrition, recovery and weekly check-ins, with the programme rewritten as you progress rather than handed over once.
No. Four sessions a week, around an hour each. More than that isn't better — it's just harder to sustain, and sustaining it is the whole game.
Yes, and it's where this is strongest. Strength and conditioning are built to support your mat time rather than compete with it, with volume adjusted around hard sparring weeks and fight camps.
Tell me what you've got on the application and the programme is written around it. A standard gym is plenty; home setups are workable if the basics are there.
Not necessarily. Some people need targets and tracking, others need two habits changed. What you get depends on what you're actually struggling with, which is what the application and call establish.
You log bodyweight, resting heart rate, sleep and how the week went. I look at that against your training data, then adjust. It takes you two minutes and it's the mechanism that keeps the plan honest.
Everything in Mission Coaching, plus meal prep, bloodwork analysis, a supplementation strategy built around your results, deeper lifestyle work and priority access to me. It's for people who want the decisions taken off their plate.
In Elite, yes. In Mission Coaching you get the nutrition strategy and education, and you handle the cooking.
Bloods are taken through an accredited provider and interpreted by a qualified professional. I use those findings to shape training load, recovery and supplementation. It informs coaching decisions — it isn't a medical diagnosis, and anything clinical gets referred to your GP.
Yes. Most people come in after years away rather than off the back of a good year. The first week is testing precisely so nothing is guessed at.
I read it personally, usually within a day or two. If it looks like a fit, I'll invite you to a call to talk it through properly. If it isn't, I'll tell you straight.
Because the right level of support differs from person to person, and quoting a number before I know your situation would be guessing. Pricing is covered openly on the call, once we both know what you actually need.
