The app
It removes the guesswork. You know what to do, when to do it, and exactly how your progress is being measured.
Everything in one place
Every screen below is the real app, not a mockup.

Your programme
The app opens on the session you're due. Every exercise with its sets, reps, rest and the load you should be working to — worked out from what you lifted last time, not from a generic template.

Exercise instructions
Every movement carries a coaching cue written for that exercise — what it's for, what to feel, and when to stop the set. Video demonstrations sit alongside for anything you haven't done before.

Workout tracking
Weight, reps and how hard it felt, logged set by set while you're still stood there. That last part is what lets the app tell you whether to add weight or add a rep next time.

Progress tracking
Everything you log is charted against what the programme said should be happening. One rating out of 100 — strength, conditioning and consistency — and a flag on anything drifting below plan before it becomes a stall.

Nutrition
Search or scan what you eat and it lands against your targets for the day. Set up around what you already eat, so it survives a bad week rather than collapsing on day four.

Check-ins
Once a week you log bodyweight, resting heart rate, sleep and how the week actually went. That's what I look at alongside your training data before adjusting anything.

Where it starts
Your first week isn't training. It's four testing sessions that establish exactly where you are, and the app walks you through each one — what it gathers and how to run it.
And
Send a video of any lift straight from the exercise you're doing, and get it back marked up before a bad habit becomes an injury. Message me between check-ins when something hurts or something doesn't make sense.
Your data lives on your phone, works with no signal in the worst-connected gym in the country, and exports whenever you want a copy.
The app comes with coaching — it's how the coaching gets delivered.
