A Two More Mission fighter in the cage under the arena lights

Strength · Discipline · Purpose

Build a body that can do more.

Online coaching for men who want more than looking fit — strength, conditioning, combat performance and the discipline to keep it, built around the life you actually have.

90 days 4 sessions a week Tested at the start and the end

The problem

You train. You just don’t have a system.

If any of this sounds like your last two years, you’re exactly who this was built for.

No structure

You train, but there’s no plan behind it. Sessions get decided when you walk in.

Fit, not capable

You look alright, but a hard day still empties you and your back still goes.

Food on and off

Good for three days, gone by Friday. No idea whether any of it is working.

Built for someone else

Programmes written for people with more time, better sleep and no shifts.

Always restarting

Six weeks on, four weeks off, back to the beginning. Again.

No scoreboard

Nothing measured, so the only evidence is the mirror — the slowest, least honest signal there is.

The philosophy

Capability over appearance

The objective isn’t to make you look better. It’s to build a more capable person — someone who is harder to break, recovers faster, and still has something left at the end of the day.

Not because more is always better, but because progress comes from repeatedly doing what you previously thought you couldn’t.

What coaching does

A loop that tightens for ninety days

Not a PDF you’re left alone with. Six steps, repeated every week, each one feeding the next.

  1. Assess

Goals, history, lifestyle, food, schedule, equipment, weaknesses and where you are now.

  2. Build

A training and nutrition plan written around what you told me, not a template.

  3. Execute

You follow it session by session in the app, logging every set as you go.

  4. Track

Training, food, performance and adherence measured against what the plan expected.

  5. Adapt

Weekly check-ins catch what’s drifting and change it before it stalls.

  6. Progress

The plan evolves as you do. Harder, sharper, more specific.

The scoreboard

Measured, not guessed

The first week isn’t training — it’s testing. The last week runs the same tests again. What happens in between is on the record.

No example numbers here on purpose. Yours get written in during testing week, and the score at the end is measured against your own starting point — not against anybody else’s.

The Two More Mission app showing today’s session

The app

Your coaching, in your pocket

Every client gets the Two More Mission app, built for this system specifically. It opens on today’s session, tells you what to lift, records what you did, and shows you whether it’s working.

No guessing what you’re meant to be doing, and no wondering whether it’s happening.

Principles

Six things this is built on

Capability over aesthetics

How you look is a by-product. What you can do is the point, and it’s what gets measured.

Discipline over motivation

Motivation decides three weeks. Discipline decides ninety days. The system exists so you don’t have to feel like it.

Performance with purpose

Training that serves something — your work, your sport, your kids — not training for its own sake.

Consistency over perfection

A good week you actually finish beats a perfect week you abandon on Wednesday.

Train hard. Recover harder.

Sleep, food and workload are part of the programme, not an afterthought when things stall.

Systems, not dependence

You should leave knowing how to train yourself. Coaching that creates a customer for life has failed.

Ninety days from now

You’ll have the numbers.

Either the proof it worked, or another ninety days of guessing. Applications take about five minutes, and I read every one myself.
